Completely true and great analysis!

The more House become fluffy, less interesting the show is. We are not watching House because of medical horrors.

If you permit, I'd add couple of items to 'Le episode bon du House' recipe you presented above:

- 4a. House neglects patient, skips routine or obvious tests and misses important detail in diagnosis.
- 7a. Patient gets better, sometimes completely recovered, House celebrates easy victory.
- 11a. House recalling the missed diagnosis detail from the beginning or episode.
- Each episode should have almost same of screen time of Cuddy, Wilson and other recurring characters.
- Each episode should have at least one mention of Cuddy's breast, legs or buttocks.
- Sometimes add minor characters (angry parents, broken-hearted lovers, desperate mothers) to have House humiliate them.
- In rare occasions have House feel guilty or regret, but never ever - have him repent.

Cheers!
